1990's Bill Blass Abstract Red White and Blue Polka Dot Silk Top and Jacket.

This is such an awesome and easy-to-fit set. The silk fabric's statement pattern is bold and beautiful, just like you, and we promise you'll have as much fun wearing it as our model did!

The open front jacket has amazing, structured, generous shoulders with lapels that stay put and two front display hip pockets. Our model said it was really comfortable and lightweight.

Jacket: shoulder 17", bust 48", sleeve 22", waist 48", hips 48", length 34".

The top is adorable with or without the jacket. Buttons up the back, has a non-elastic waistband and blousy sleeves are cuffed with one button.

Cute scarf included 40"x6". Set appears unworn.
