Description

Akoya Pearl Necklace with Diamond and Ruby Clasp.

Every woman needs pearls, and if you prefer a smaller pearl with a truly vintage flair, this is your necklace.

The clasp is everything and meant to be shown. We love opera length pearls for their versatility and this one is doubled up in the photo.

Commonly seen with white color and rose overtones, the finest Akoya pearls come from Japanese pearls farms. The roundest and most lustrous of these saltwater pearls are considerably more perfectly round and smoother than other types of cultured pearls.

  • Materials: Akoya pearl 6mm, ruby, diamonds, white gold
  • Measurements: 32" Opera Length, pearls 6mm.

 Pearl Care

  • After every wear, wipe your pearls with a soft cloth.
  • Clean with a damp cloth only as needed.
  • Let them dry all the way before storing.
  • Take them to your jeweler once a year.
  • Last on, first off.
  • Store them flat.
  • Dedicate a space just for your pearls.
  • Wear your pearls often.

Taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by your trusted jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one!
