Stretchy and rouched velvet is tie dyed in black and silver, and cut on the bias with a black chiffon ruffle detail at the asymmetric hem line. Features two armholes and light beading along the front border. Partially lined in a black crinkle rayon fabric on the bodice only and the open front is secured by one hook at the top.
