1990's Navy Blue Long Sleeve Sweater Dress by Carolina Herrera.

This is the perfect sweater dress. Perfectly soft, warm and moves with you. The navy blue, double ribbed knit feels like a dream on, and is just as lovely to look at. 

Features an asymmetric collar with off-white trim at the neckline and cuffs. Four anchor buttons adorn the front, and three anchor buttons sit at each cuff. She has slight shoulder pads that are easily removeable, a zip up back and interior lace hem detail.
