2000's Purple Silk Beaded Peasant Blouse by Bonnie Strauss.

We love this iconic California brand and the versatility of this top.

It was a warm day, so we paired it with a bikini and created a poolside cover up. For our product shots, we added a slip dress for a more modest look. She works well with a bralette and distressed denim, and would make a great performance piece. Our model fell in love with the feel of the beading and the top's easy movement.

The purple, silk crepe fabric is unusual, with hints of a darker purple tie-dye pattern throughout. The gold bead work is exquisitely hand crafted, and the weight of the detail compared to the paper light fabric creates some amazing looks.

The peasant style, silk neckline is decorated with more amazing, hand beaded work and is adjustable, with a skinny silk cord. Long, bell sleeves are trimmed in hand sewn beading as more embellishments make their way up the arm.

Shoulders free, bust 48", sleeve 23" to neckline, waist 48" hips 54", length 28".
